GENTLE AND VIOLENT, THE NUNNERY GALLERY, 2020

In this sculptural installation-based work the visual language of religious iconography is disrupted and reimagined through the incorporation of fetishized objects, personal artifacts and fairytale imagery.

Wolves, Birds, Horses and Hybrid Creatures appear in different forms across the Artists body of work, here they are messengers and truth-tellers reminding us of life’s fragility and cautioning us of Nature’s ability to reclaim through the display of her force.
